QA/QC Introduction

Our QC department is consisted of one manager, three technicians with responsibility for 20 QC workers, which of them are assigned in different procedures of printing such as prepress, in-printing, assembly and material in warehouse. What they mostly do is to inspect the color and register by color guide and register line, estimate the quality of the holistic products including color, gradation, register, surface status and the drying status, and check amount of the products.
